Friday & Saturday evening only from 5 pm. to finish to by 8.00 pm.
£10.00 Per Person
A sumptuous meat or vegetarian banquet, giving you the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes.
Our chef has put together a tempting choice of menus served over two courses at your table. Dishes may vary due to seasonal availability.
For the banquet menus, you do not need to make a choice. Just sit back and enjoy the experience.
OPTION 1 - EFES BANQUET
FIRST COURSE
LUXURY MEZE PLATTER
Humus, prawn cocktail, olives in garlic, Cuscus, stuffed vine leaves, chicken salad, spicy meat balls, hellumi, feta filo triangles, spicy sausage, tempura prawn.
All served with freshly baked bread
SECOND COURSE
MEAT PLATTER
Efes Chicken, roast lamb, spicy chicken wings, kofte kebab, chefs dish of the day. Efes special rice.
OPTION 2 - VEGETARIAN BANQUET

Humus, stuffed vine leaves, cuscus, smoked aubergine, russian salad, olives in garlic, hellumi, feta filo parcels, falafel, potato croquets, garlic mushrooms,
All served with freshly baked bread
Vegetarian musakka, Efes special rice and seasonal vegetables.

In option 3, please choose one starter and one main course from the menu below.
TROPICAL PRAWN COCKTAIL
Succulent prawns & pineapple sat on a bed of crisp green salad topped with a marie-rose sauce
FETA SALAD (v)
Diced feta on a mixed Mediterranean salad and drizzled with Efes special dressing
GARLIC MUSHROOMS (v)
Mushrooms sauteed in a garlic and herb butter with white wine
MEATBALLS
Meat balls flavoured with fresh Meditarranean herbs and served in a spicy tomato sauce
FETA TRIANGLES (v)
Freshly fried filo triangles stuffed with a mixture of feta cheese, egg & parsley
HELLUMI (v)
Deep fried goat’s cheese served on a bed of crisp salad
SPICY TURKISH SAUSAGE
Garlic sausage grilled on charcoal served with humus dip
ROAST LEG OF LAMB
Marinated leg of lamb studded with thyme & garlic served with brandy sauce
CHICKEN STEAK
Whole boneless marinated chicken leg chargrilled served on a salsa BBQ sauce
SALMON
Fresh fillet of Salmon Charcoal grilled and served with saffron sauce
MIXED KEBAB WITH TOMATO & YOGURT
Shish kofte and sliced fillet of lamb sat on a bed of pitta smothered in Efes special tomato sauce served with yogurt
VEGETARIAN MUSAKKA (v)
Layers of aubergine, courgettes, carrots and potatoes with bechamel sauce topped with cheese, oven baked
KING PRAWNS
Pan fried King Prawns in a sauce of creamed tomatoes and mushrooms with a hint of garlic
All the above served with Efes special rice and seasonal vegetables except mixed kebab
